Chris Broussard: “We are kind of seeing the tale of two stars, the tale of two legends. LeBron James who has run through a number of coaches but now, whether it’s LeBron or not, the perception out there is that LeBron is a coach killer... that LeBron is getting all these coaches fired and people don’t know but that’s the perception. For Kevin Durant Rob, did you know that in the 6 years since Kevin Durant left Golden State, it will be his 6th head coach? His 6th head coach in 6 years and yet, no one is saying Kevin Durant is a coach killer when we know that he and Kyrie Irving didn’t want Kenny Atkinson who had done a pretty good job in Brooklyn. No one is saying he’s a coach killer though so what does that say about these 2 players and this situation?”
Rob Parker: “A lot of people thought it was harsh when I said he (Durant) was NBA dead but nobody seems to be bothered with the stat you just gave out, which is incredible. I’m not talking about his ability; I’m talking about the consciousness of the NBA fan.”

Chris Broussard and Rob Parker talk about the lack of media attention Kevin Durant receives compared to other superstars like LeBron James during the latest episode of The Odd Couple. Listen to the full segment below!
