Brady Quinn: "NFL owners have never been concerned with development and by the way, the NFLPA has never been concerned with development. And people can take issue with me saying that, but if they really cared about it, they wouldn't have shorter offseasons. They wouldn't keep reducing offseasons. They wouldn't even keep reducing hitting during the offseason, because the reality is, you got to hit if you're gonna play football...
No one's really cared about the development piece of the product. They're just like now, 'Let's just keep driving up the total revenue, how much we're generating.' That's where we're at."
