Two Reasons Why Eric Bieniemy is Not an NFL Head Coach Yet

The Texans hold the last head coaching vacancy in the NFL and Eric Bieniemy hasn't gotten that title yet. He's had over a dozen interviews and if "He doesn't interview well," is the running theme throughout, then he has to be better at that and "wow" teams so they want him immediately because teams won't "wait" for a guy they're not sure about. Jason Smith thinks the bigger problem is the NFL has clearly shown they're okay with having black assistant coaches across the league but not so much black head coaches. This is a huge concern that's on the league to fix.
