The Saints Would Not Have Done Any Better Against the Patriots

Ben Maller is floored at the numerous New Orleans Saints fans who have come out of hiding after claiming they would NOT be watching the Super Bowl due to injustices they believe occurred to them in the NFC championship match between the Saints and Los Angeles Rams. Maller explains how these Saints fans believe that their team would have put up a much better fight than the Rams who came away with only 3 points to the New England Patriots' 13. Maller proceeds to say the following:

The Rams stank in the Super Bowl, but it doesn't change the fact the Rams won in New Orleans. You can tear Jared Goff apart, but it does not add to your argument. It makes you look like bigger nincompoops, you cockroaches in New Orleans. Jared Goff, (the same guy that looked like he was being held against his will in the Super Bowl) led the LA Rams offense into field goal range down in the final 2 minutes in this horrible pit of vipers in New Orleans and then in overtime, led the Rams into field goal range after an interception of Drew Brees. That is an indictment of Sean Payton.
The Rams deserve to be in the Super Bowl. The Saints didn't deserve to be in the Super Bowl. You know why? They're mentally weak, and the mentally weak team does not deserve to go.
